  • Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring real-time performance optimization.

What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ yearsof experience in motorsports engineering.
  • Proficiency indata acquisition analysis software(Cosworth, MoTeC, Atlas, etc.).
  • Understanding ofvehicle dynamics & motorsports simulation tools.

  • Experience working withrace engineers and driversto translate data into results.
