What You’ll Do:


  • Analyze and interpret data using software likeCosworth, MoTeC, or Atlasto maximize race performance.
  • Work withToyota Race Development simulation programsto optimize vehicle performance. 
  • UtilizePythonfor data processing and performance modeling.
  • Provide insights intorace strategy situationsto enhance competitive advantage using AI backed tools.
  • Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring real-time performance optimization.
  • Apply stronganalytical skillsandattention to detailin a fast-paced racing environment.

What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ yearsof experience in motorsports engineering.
  • Proficiency indata acquisition analysis software(Cosworth, MoTeC, Atlas, etc.).
  • Understanding ofvehicle dynamics & motorsports simulation tools.
  • Coding familiarity inPythonfor data analysis & automation.
  • Experience working withrace engineers and driversto translate data into results.
  • Experience withrace strategy development & in-race decision-making.
  • A passion for motorsports,willingness to travel, and a strong work ethic.
