Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Our client, an Artificial Intelligence company are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support their vibrant team in Vauxhall, London!

Position: Office Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary with potential to transition to a permanent role!
Hourly Rate: £17ph
Start Date: Thursday 6th March
Contract Length: 2-3 months
Working Pattern: Every Thursday, 8am-5pm (1 day a week)

Location: The office is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Vauxhall train station, making your commute a breeze! 🚉

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage orders 📦
Maintain office supplies 🗂️
Assist with couriers and deliveries 🚚
Handle general admin tasks 📝
Issue access passes to the building 🔑
Oversee installations and ensure a distraction-free environment for the onsite team 🛠️
