Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems

Work with LLMs, ML models, and modern AI frameworks to build scalable solutions

Collaborate with engineering and product teams on global financial projects

*

Apply prompt engineering and fine‑tuning techniques to optimise LLM performance

*

Contribute to architecture, model evaluation, and deployment workflows

Required Skills & Experience

*

4+ years’ experience in software engineering

*

Minimum 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML

*

Proven experience developing and integrating AI‑driven solutions

*

Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript

*

Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)

*

Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine‑tuning

*

Solid grounding in machine learning concepts

*

Experience working with Azure
