What We're Looking ForAs the Head of Marketing Analytics, you will lead the charge inshaping our marketing strategy and driving company-wide success.You’ll spearhead a talented team of analysts, working closely withcross-functional teams in marketing, product, finance, andengineering to optimize customer acquisition, retention, andlifetime value. This role combines strategic vision with hands-onleadership to deliver both immediate business outcomes and supportour long-term strategic development. Key Responsibilities StrategicLeadership 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketinganalytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives,ensuring the organization has the required technology, talent, andmethodologies to meet short- and long-term goals. 2. Collaboratewith senior leaders to shape strategies that maximize bothimmediate and sustainable profit growth. 3. Proactively deliveractionable insights and data-driven recommendations to theexecutive and marketing teams to inform and guide strategicdecision-making. 4. Keep the company ahead of industry trends bycontinuously evaluating and adopting innovative analyticaltechniques and technologies. Team Leadership 1. Build and lead ahigh-performing marketing analytics team, driving a transitiontoward more effective workflows and fostering a culture ofinnovation and accountability. 2. Identify and recruit criticaltalent gaps to strengthen team capabilities. 3. Mentor teammembers, promote their professional growth, and establish clearcareer development frameworks. 4. Foster a culture of continuouslearning and improvement, empowering team members to innovate andachieve excellence. Project Leadership 1. Establish, refine, andscale marketing attribution models to measure campaigneffectiveness across diverse channels. 2. Drive optimization ofacquisition channels by developing robust reporting infrastructureand conducting in-depth analyses for paid (e.g., social, display)and organic channels (e.g., SEO, ASO, CRM). 3. Ensure theimplementation and continuous improvement of tracking and signaloptimization systems across digital channels. 4. Develop andmaintain forecasting models and monitoring systems to predictmarketing performance, inform budget adjustments, and enhancerevenue outcomes. 5. Oversee the monitoring and ongoing improvementof the internal lifetime value (LTV) model, ensuring it supportsbusiness objectives and decision-making. Requirements Experienceand Qualifications 1. Extensive experience in leading marketinganalytics functions, with 8+ years of analytics experience and atleast 4 years specifically in marketing analytics. 2. Proven trackrecord of driving measurable business impact through analytics. 3.Deep understanding of marketing strategies, including customeracquisition, retention, and lifecycle dynamics. 4. Expertise inmarketing attribution models, forecasting techniques, andoptimization strategies. 5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in arelevant field (e.g., Statistics, Marketing, Data Science).Technical Expertise and Project Management Skills 1. Strongunderstanding of tracking technologies for app and web traffic. 2.Proficiency in key analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Appsflyer) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). 3.Advanced SQL knowledge. 4. Hands-on experience with predictivemodeling, machine learning, and AI techniques. 5. Proven success indeveloping in-house attribution solutions and media mix modeling.6. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involvingmultiple stakeholders. Strategic and Analytical Mindset 1.Pragmatic and strategic problem-solving skills, leveragingfirst-principles thinking to solve complex challenges. 2. Abilityto align analytics initiatives with broader business goals to drivemeasurable outcomes. 3. Strong business acumen and a focus onvalue-driven decision-making.
