You will have areal impact on the success of Arm and its partners, plus the chanceto create your own career pathway. ## ** Job Overview:** * 2 YearStructured Finance & Operations Graduate Programme * 4 x6-month rotations in various prospect teams (See below) * On thisscheme you will have a Program Line Manager, static for the full2-year Program, a Rotational Line Manager who will alter per newrotation, alongside a Buddy & Mentor to help with day-to-dayactivities ## ** Responsibilities & Rotations:** Each teamoffers a new perspective and challenge. The rotations we offercould be in a blend of different teams and are subject to businessdemand. See below for a snippet of each potential area:FinanceBusiness Partnering- Collaborate with groups to providefinancial insights and support strategic decision-making.FinanceBusiness Planning- Assist with financial forecasts, budgets, andlong-term financial plans to guide the organizations growth.Internal Audit- Engage with teams across the business toassess and test the effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of thebusiness’ internal controls, ISO certifications, financial businessprocesses and risk management practices. **Group Reporting -**Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy andtransparency for internal and external collaborators.Treasury- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize ourfinancial resources. **Controllership **- Oversee accountingfunctions, financial reporting, and compliance with accountingstandards and regulations. **Revenue Enablement & Assurance **-Administer royalty agreements and payments for intellectualproperty rights and licensing. **Procurement **- Work closely withthe business and 3rd party suppliers to buy goods and services in aprofitable and ethical manner.Enterprise Data & Insights-Build systems for automation of financial and commercial data,reporting, modelling, and insights to support delivery of thebusiness strategy.Mergers & Acquisitions- Support withfinancial analysis aiding the due diligence for potentialacquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. **Portfolio- manage thePlan of Record cycle, which includes quarterly updates and reviewsof the companys product and solution roadmapPlanning &Delivery- responsible for overseeing the planning and executionof engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals, and managing resources to meet project timelineProcessIntelligence- combines the capabilities of process mining,automation, and business intelligence to provide understanding ofreal-life business operations. It involves the systematiccollection, analysis, and interpretation of data related tobusiness processes and workflows. The team helps Arm uncoverpatterns and insights that lead to better operational efficiency.## ** We are looking for individuals who:* Hold, or be on trackto Graduate from an accredited University by September 2025 * Willbe studying (or have studied) towards a relevant field (Finance,Business, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, BusinessProcess Management, Program Management) * Can think on your feet,have excellent analytical skills, and want to work in across-function department collaborating with others - Then this isthe place for you! * Are open-minded, willing to grow and adaptthroughout this program. ## ** Qualities that will help yourapplication stand out:Any experience working with Tableau, PowerBI, SAP or is welcomed, but not essential, Any project or programmanagement experience, or knowledge of associated methodologieswould be beneficial, though not crucial. ## ** Additionalinformation:Application Closing Date:**Sunday 24th November. **We aim to review all applications no later than two weeks after theclosing date.
