Job summary:

AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Onboarding Project Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable onboarding frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. If you thrive in dynamic environments, excel at managing complex projects, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, we want you to help shape our professional services as we scale. 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership:Manage and oversee end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery. 
  • Onboarding Methodology:Develop and implement a scalable onboarding framework tailored to enterprise clients. 
  • Change Management:Provide expert guidance on organisational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools. 
  • Customer Engagement:Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Handover Optimisation:Establish a structured transition process from onboarding to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention. 
  • Collaboration:Partner with Onboarding Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding and addressing their unique needs. 
  • Project Management Skills:Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. 
  • Exceptional Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and demos. 
  • Adaptability:A proactive and flexible approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Technical Aptitude: The ability to quickly learn and configure AI-powered tools to meet customer requirements. 
  • Collaboration Skills:Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals. 

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 
    • 5+ Proven experience in project management, preferably within SaaS or enterprise environments. 
    • Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing C-Suite and senior stakeholder relationships. 
    • Organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Familiarity with AI-based tools or SaaS platforms. 
    • Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate technical solutions. 
  • Communication and Presentation: 
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders. 
  • Project Management: 
    • Ability to manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Collaboration: 
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with sales, customer success, and product teams. 
  • Adaptability: 
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adjust priorities proactively.
