Roles & Responsibilities:

Senior Roles

  • Work collaboratively withfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads to obtain engineering assistance required, define activities and jointly establish Statements of Work.
  • Work collaboratively with the client leadership to ensure goals of engagement are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed andWorkstream expansion Plans implemented
  • Workload Management- Workload Planning & scheduling,Resource Management
  • Generation of engineering estimates as part of work packaging
  • Risk ManagementandQuality Assurance
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction.

All Roles

  • Work transparently with variousfacilities engineeringdiscipline leads / teams to provide clear and concise reports and information regarding progress and management of Risk and Opportunities in relation to the Engineering activities.
  • Define and conduct governance meetings.
  • Bring learnings & operationalbest practicesfrom other engagements.
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies and siteinvestigations
  • Develop detailed Safety requirement specifications
  • Support projects as they evolve through theproject engineeringlifecycles
  • Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertakerisk managementin specialist roles
  • Review ofproject documentation
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with a wide set of project stakeholders
  • Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
  • Beadaptable, asproject requirementsevolve, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project
  • Compile and peer review project and technical reports.

Safety Engineer Role

1.A combination or select number of the following skills and experience would be highly valued in this role.

a.Knowledge or experience of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

b.Experience in conducting risk assessments with structured methodologies such as FMEA, identifying potential hazards and failure modes.

c.Evaluating the likelihood and consequences or risks.

d.Proposal of mitigations and means of compliance against relevant safety requirements.

e.Interfacing with specialist engineering functions to develop safety cases.

f.Compiling structured safety case reports and proposing sufficient mitigations and requirements.
