About the Role
In this role, you can expect to support, optimise and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients as part of a broader team. Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to proactively learn new skills, communicate well with team members, and support the team’s media efforts with clients.
Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns including client relationship management, ad-serving, optimisation, and quarterly business planning Understanding and explaining high-level industry trends and how this impacts clients Aligning our goals to client goals, prioritising opportunities to drive sustainable value for our clients over short-term gains Working in a space where we are redefining and creating service categories. Often, clients are unaware of their needs until you show them - you will need to understand how to build trust & create an experience they value Supporting sales team with pre-sales proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts. Developing and growing relationships with various stakeholders on the client-side (from Google partners, intermediary agencies, client-side executives and daily points of contacts) in order to ascertain business needs and add long-term value Capacity to scale learnings from clients and products to other internal team members and across Media organisation Ability to present confidently to different stakeholders, ranging from Junior to C-Suite executives Contributing to our culture with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
About You
The essentials:
1-3 years of online advertising experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or end-advertiser Work experience from at least one of these platforms: Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360), Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions) Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
