Who are we looking for?

 

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to build a life science industry-leading brand.

 

You will manage marketing activities to deliver on business objectives. Working holistically across departments to achieve results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the marketing plan to deliver on agreed goals
  • Develop and execute the content plan
  • Work with business development, client services and product teams to equip with brand consistent materials to be successful
  • Share best practices and create content pieces for colleague's to use such as LinkedIn post content and content for email outreaches
  • Produce targeted campaigns based on account intel that drive demand with our key accounts to reach, resonate and influence decision-makers
  • Clearly communicate Virtual Science AI’s differentiated value proposition
  • Build brand trust through marketing activities
  • Develop targeted content based on account specifics and audience personals
  • Develop and implement organisation communication strategy
  • Work with a graphic designer on Virtual Science AI company branding
  • Create digital marketing campaigns and content pieces to deliver on strategic marketing objectives
  • Ensure a consistent flow of online content
  • Manage digital marketing channels across social, the website and email to ensure brand consistency
  • Measure and report on KPIs with emphasis on driving brand awareness, familiarity, performance and results
  • Monitor Virtual Science AI solution use cases and take action to drive market share
  • Monitor competition
  • Boundary scan for new technology solutions emerging
  • Congress selection and preparation activities
  • Integrate offline and online marketing to deliver on business objectives

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experienced marketer, preferably in a healthcare marketing or medical communications agency, PR agency or a Healthtech background
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Ambition to build Virtual Science AI into an industry leading brand
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and social content
  • Website building and optimisation experience
  • Holistic marketing capability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced presentation deck and content building skills
  • Analytics skill to monitor marketing activities
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Marketing degree or business degree preference
  • Fluency in English
