About the Role:
Are you excited about marketing automation and keeping up with the latest strategies and tools? Do you enjoy creating programs that engage and convert customers? Our Client's TPM is looking for aMarketing Managerto lead data-driven, automated marketing campaigns. You’ll work on personalized programs that nurture relationships with hotels and properties worldwide, helping meet travellers’ needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that support partners throughout their lifecycle
  • Align business objectives with specific, measurable campaign goals
  • Collaborate with data science, product, analytics, and marketing teams to develop and deliver campaign strategies
  • Work with content teams to create tailored marketing materials
  • Partner with the analytics and revenue management teams to forecast and measure campaign success
  • Help roll out multi-channel testing programs
  • Implement dynamic content into marketing emails
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to conduct A/B/N testing


Who You Are:

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Marketo)
  • 4+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years managing CRM or marketing automation projects
  • Experience in B2B marketing (B2C experience is also welcomed)
  • Strong project management skills with a proven record of executing customer-focused marketing programs
  • Knowledge of campaign management and demand creation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing (or similar field)
