About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist with a background in IT and AI to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic individual experienced in managing and growing digital content across social platforms, with a deep understanding of the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content marketing, social media management, and crafting engaging content tailored to IT and AI audiences. This position is flexible within standard working hours (9 am - 5 pm), allowing the successful candidate to adapt their schedule as needed. Contractors are also welcomed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives, with a focus on IT and AI-related topics.

• Create compelling and technically accurate content, including posts, ad copy, visuals, and longer-form articles, to support campaigns and increase audience engagement.

• Manage and schedule content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging within the IT and AI space.

• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions to optimise content and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts, particularly in IT and AI projects.

• Stay current with trends in IT, AI, and digital media to propose innovative ideas for brand visibility and growth.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content strategy and social media management, with a strong focus on IT and AI-related industries.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive, accurate, and informative content tailored to technical audiences.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, WIX, or similar content creation software.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns is an advantage.

• A track record of successful social media growth, such as increasing engagement, generating leads, or enhancing brand awareness in technology-driven fields.
