Are you an Analyst with a passion for working with Customer data, eager to take on a new challenge with a dynamic company? My client is a brand with a customer-focused approach who are embarking on a Digital Transformation.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights to support marketing strategies and optimise business performance. Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, your contributions will be crucial to helping the company achieve their goals in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This permanent role is based in a flexible office environment, allowing for a hybrid work model that fits around your life.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights for enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth.
- Maintain and improve dashboards to track key performance metrics and guest behaviour.
- Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning models to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate multi-channel data sources.
- Develop predictive models and data visualisations using tools like Power BI and Python.
- Ensure data compliance and security, adhering to best practices such as GDPR and PECR.
What My client are looking for
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a passion for digital marketing and data innovation.
- Proficiency in SQL-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning, with a background in propensity modelling and market segmentation.
- A solid understanding of data governance and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR).
- A degree in a relevant numerical or analytical field.
