Responsibilities

  • Be part of our management team, helping shape and launch new data science propositions while driving strategic business growth.
  • Lead business development initiatives — building trusted client relationships, owning outcomes, and delivering innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Help clients structure their thinking to identify key requirements, challenges, and opportunities in a rapidly evolving data landscape.
  • Support your team’s growth through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
  • Be part of an environment that deeply cares about its values.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings that position PA at the forefront of digital innovation in energy.

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally within the Transport.
  • An established network of senior stakeholders in the Transport industry, with a proven ability to build and grow long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex, high-value programmes.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of developing and selling consulting propositions.
  • Deep understanding of the Transport and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Additional information

  • Assessment process: Interview stages may be adjusted based on role requirements.
  • Introductory Call with senior Talent Acquisition partner to explore background and opportunity.
  • Round 1: 3 competency interviews with different PA members.
  • Final Round: Business plan presentation with PA leaders with provided guidance.
