Managing Consultant - Data Science (Rail, Road & Transport) – Central London


Based in Central London – 2/3 times per week in the office/client-site, rest from home


135k – 145k per annum plus excellent benefits including attractive bonus & travel allowance


Managing Consultant with extensive background within Data Science gained with the Transport sector particularly in the Rail & Road sectors. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading consultancy making a real difference. The role will encompass delivery of key data science programmes for external clients (60% of the role), aswell as winning new clients for the organisation (40% of the role).


  • Operate as part of a dynamic management team, helping shape and launch new data science propositions while driving strategic business growth.
  • Help external clients structure their thinking to identify key requirements and challenges in a rapidly changing data landscape.
  • Lead business development initiatives – build new client relationships, owning deliverables and outcomes, whilst delivering innovative & high-impact solutions.
  • Oversight and management of the team delivering data initiatives for external clients, this could be a team made up of data scientists, engineers, architects.


The client is happy to entertain candidates based outside of London that are happy to travel into London 2/3 days per week, and are happy to pay travel allowance to support this.
