Are you a driven Management Accountant with a passion for optimising financial efficiency and performance? Join the team at our Head Office, overseeing financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. If you have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to financial excellence, we want to hear from you! What you will do: Preparing monthly management accounts and other financial reports. Preparing reports to senior management to aid with business decision making. Compiling strategies that will reduce business cost. Controlling income and expenditure within the business and ensuring that expenditure is in line with budgets. Assisting year end accounts for Auditors. Any other administration duties that are required to support the business. Day to day general bookkeeping to ensure smooth running of the business. What you will need: Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting/finance. Qualified accountant in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills. Advanced IT proficiency, including financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent decision-making, leadership, and organisational abilities. Experience with Sage 200 Accounts preferred. Ability to problem-solve, manage time efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.
