Role: Maintenance EngineerLocation: MansfieldPackage: £52,500 per annum plus professional and technical developmentShifts: 4 days 4 off 4 nights 4 offThe CompanyMy client have been established in the UK for 40+ years and are now part of a group of various companies in different industries. This site will allow you the opportunity to work on some of the latest tech and automation that you won't find in many other places across the UK so take the opportunity whilst you can.This site is one of the largest distribution centres in Europe with the chance to progress through the ranks, grow with the site and develop your skillset. Due to recent further investment the team is growing in size and they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Over the last 12 months the head of engineering has taken the site from strength to strength embarking on a journey with continuous investment and development to make the site efficient and capable to work alongside the hundreds of millions of pounds of automation they have – with exciting plans and projects planned for the foreseeable future they have plans to bring in equipment to help the development of their team technically and professionally.With the investment and commitment from the Head of Engineering, the company have seen the ship steady over the last 9 months and an increase in retention and development of the huge engineering function on site.The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer you will:On a shift you will be making a team of 10 Engineers, including Shift Manager and Senior EngineersYour responsibilities will include: Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, Reactive and PPM work and many moreThe site is looking to introduce more use of the CMMS system as it starts to develop with all the new machineryWorking on this site you will be working on Various conveyor systems, shuttle systems, Packaging equipment, Bagging Machines and moreThe CandidateI am looking for a candidate that:Has a recognised Engineering QualificationAs strong communicator that can work as part of a teamExperience working in the Manufacturing environmentConfident fault finding and reading drawingsThe PackageAs a Maintenance Engineer you will receive:£52,500 per annum as a starting salaryA healthy pension contribution from my clientA gym on site £5 a monthA heavy discount on my clients groups storesATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
