Are you an applied machine learning engineer with a passion for real-world impact? We're partnering with a stealth-mode healthtech start-up that’s redefining personalisation in the wellness space.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning and evolve the personalisation engine - tailored recommendations, user preferences, and adaptive experiences.
  • Working with a mix of in-house data, literature-based insights, and small-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models.
  • Building agentic tools to streamline onboarding and user journeys.
  • Contributing to backend design and infrastructure where needed - real bonus points if you’re from an engineering background.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-4 years’ of experience in AI/ML with a practical focus on shipping features.
  • Familiarity with personalisation algorithms, recommendation systems, or LLMs.
  • Comfortable building scrappy, elegant solutions - not over-engineering for engineering's sake.
  • Hungry to grow into technical leadership and thrive in a low-ego, mission-led environment.
