Youll oversee the development ofretrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models, AI-driven automation, and enterprise AI solutions that push the boundaries of intelligent systems. What Youll Be Doing: Defining and executing AI strategy to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Leading AI/ML projects focused on NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-powered applications. Architecting and optimising AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and entity extraction models. Scaling AI infrastructure and ensuring robust deployment across cloud-based environments (AWS, Kubernetes). Collaborating with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives. Mentoring and growing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Driving cost efficiency and performance optimisation for AI models in production. What Youll Need: Proven experience as aCTO, Head of AI, or senior technical leader in AI-driven environments. Strong background inMachine Learning, NLP, and LLMs, with hands-on experience in Generative AI applications. Expertise inPython, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and modern AI frameworks. Deep understanding ofAI model deployment, RAG architectures, and scalable ML pipelines. Strong technical leadership skills, with experience inteam building, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge the gap betweentechnical innovation and business impact.
