Our client is a new global Insurtech Managing General Agency, with the backing of a heavy hitting insurer, they are looking to grow a dynamic new team to expand into the Lloyd’s Market after taking the US markets by storm.

You will be working on the latest technology & projects such as; Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Robotics. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology.

Requirements:

• Lloyd’s Market or London Market experience necessary.
• Experience with application development, data analysis, implementation systems, technical/offshore teams required.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, future state process flows and data mapping.
• Experience of managing a team
• Project management experience/exposure would be advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management
• Able to address system configuration issues
• Depict complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
