This role will suit someone that is product-focused, and can put themselves in the shoes of the customer, and likes when no two days are the same.

What could make you a good fit?

• 5+ years of commercial Java Development experience, preferably paired with Spring Boot
• Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
• Experience working within a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure
• A product mindset, someone who will treat this job like an owner
• Exposure to full-stack development, with experience in Angular or React being beneficial

The Package

• Salary up to £72,000 + £7,000 car allowance + 5% Bonus
• 25 Days holidays + 10 Days Stats
