Role Overview:As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of our platform. You will be at the forefront of analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product performance to uncover actionable insights. Your expertise will guide the product team in making data-driven decisions, optimising user experience, and enhancing our competitive edge. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science, to drive the growth and success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Insights:
  • Lead the analysis of user data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and drive engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and measure success metrics for new product features and initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentations to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to model user behavior and predict future trends.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and benchmark our platform’s performance.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies that support product development and innovation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Work closely with engineers and data scientists to ensure data integrity, improve data collection processes, and develop scalable analytics solutions.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest tools, trends, and best practices in product analytics and apply them to improve analytical processes.
  • Proactively identify and address gaps in data collection and analysis to enhance the overall product strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
