Location: London

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented contractor to support Stripe’s world-class EMEA demand generation engine. This role will be responsible for helping to drive marketing leads by: keeping a pulse on lead flow health; diagnosing mid-funnel lead flow issues; proactively making recommendations to optimize lead conversion using data; and generally helping to build a strong interlock with the sales development organization. The role will cover Stripe’s businesses in EMEA, reporting directly to the Enterprise demand generation lead. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, skilled at building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, have a relentless focus on optimization, and passionate about partnering with sales teams to drive outcomes for the business.

You will:

● Help plan and develop the EMEA lead management and optimization program to grow opportunities and pipeline across the region;

● Build a robust body of reports and dashboards to support the program;

● Implement a cadence of communication with the sales development organization to proactively diagnose lead flow opportunities and recommend actions to be taken;

● Work cross-functionally with the central Lead Management team to address lead routing issues in a timely manner;

● Work closely with the regional EMEA field marketing team and sales development in the joint effort to grow pipeline;

● Produce weekly pipeline reporting and, where required, initiate root cause analysis with recommended next steps;

● Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimizing for scale and performance, and seeking to generate new global best practices to be shared with other regions.

We are looking for someone with:

● 3-5 years’ relevant experience with a strong track record for driving results through analytics;

● Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data;

● Strong skills in reporting and dashboarding in the Salesforce environment;

● Experience partnering with sales teams, driving disciplined lead follow up;

● Strong understanding of lead management and sales funnel management;
● Ability to convey complex topics in a succinct manner;

● Excellent organizational and project management skills;

● Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.

You also likely have:

● Experience earning trust as a strategic business partner;

● A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment;

● Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
