Job Description

MCS Group is working exclusively with a fast-scaling technology company in their search for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer. With significant investment onboard, our client are in scale up mode and plan to double their headcount by the end of this year. This Lead Machine Learning Engineer is a newly created role within the business, and will allow a talented and passionate ML Engineer to drive the adoption of AI and ML into their core product. You'll take the lead on designing, building, and deploying ML models at scale-working closely with the senior leadership team and wider engineering and product functions to solve real-world problems.

What you'll need:

  • Strong experience with Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Proven track record of deploying ML solutions onAWS
  • Ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in ML engineering

Salary

Circa £85,000 - £95,000 with package which includes equity and private medical.
