Job Description:

Role:Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Salary:Up to £120,000

Location:London, fully on-site 5 days per week

Drive innovation in 3D and visual realism at a deep tech startup pioneering the next generation of content creation tools.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a concise team of MLEs, working at the intersection of 3D, rendering, texturing, diffusion models, and visual effects
  • Collaborate with founders and C-level leadership - report directly into the CTO
  • Stay hands-on where needed, remaining close to the technical work

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • At least 3+ years experience in a leadership position
  • Strong experience in ML, 3D graphics, reconstruction, rendering, NERF, BDR, segmentation etc. all applied to images
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams
