What You’ll Lead

  • Define data science strategy across multiple biomedical R&D programs
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and bioinformaticians
  • Architect scalable pipelines and deploy ML models across genomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical datasets
  • Represent the company at top scientific and AI conferences, elevating its profile in biomedical AI

    What We’re Looking For

  • Strong academic background in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience in data science within biotech, pharma, or biomedical research
  • Deep expertise in ML methods applied to biological data
  • Expert Python and modern ML framework skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of bridging scientific and technical teams
