LEAD DATA SCIENTIST

We are collaborating with a leading healthcare company focused on integrating AI into their operations to combat complex healthcare challenges. You will be working alongside a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire data science lifecycle, from gathering data to deploying models, to ensure actionable insights are delivered.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and execute data science strategies, fostering the creation of innovative healthcare products.
• Lead a team to develop advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to tackle complex healthcare problems.
• Provide training and support to junior data scientists, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• A Masters degree in data science or relevant field

Qualifications:

• Education:Masters degree in data science or relevant field
• Experience:A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior data science role, with a proven history of leading and mentoring teams.
• Project Delivery:Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex AI projects and adhere to best practices.
• Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics, with expertise in Python and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• MLOps Knowledge:Familiarity with MLOps best practices and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
