Role: Lead AI Engineer

Tools: Rust, AWS, Pulumi/Terraform

Location: fully remote within a +/- 5hour time difference from the UK. The team do have a London office if you wish to attend

Salary: £80k - £150k

Their platform allows thousands of engineers from the likes of Uber, Meta, GitHub and MongoDB to build and deploy Rust applications immediately without having to worry about the infrastructure. This is an individual contributor role and we're ideally looking for people who have gained experienced as a senior member of a startup/scaleup team. Within this role you'll have a huge amount of autonomy and will play a key role in building an AI powered developer experience that makes building state of the out cloud-native applications simple.

The opportunity is for a full-time Lead AI Engineer and comes with a salary of $80k - $150k. This role is fully remote within a +/- 5 hour time difference from the UK however, there is a London office if you wish to attend.

It would also be advantageous if you possessed the following:

• Proven experience deploying and running AI models in production environments
• Strong software engineering experience, particularly in building highly available, scalable and secure systems
• Ideally you will have experience applying AIOps/LLMOps best practises
• Experience working with at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS
• Experience with IaaC, ideally with Pulumi or Terraform
• Proven experience working as an engineer within a startup/scaleup environment
