🔍 About the Role:

As a Junior Credit Decisions Analyst, you’ll leverage cutting-edge, proprietary tools to evaluate financing applications, tailor deal terms, and play a crucial role in supporting small businesses globally. You’ll work closely with our Credit Risk and Data Science teams, analysing data, providing insights, and helping our partners offer fast, flexible financing options. This role requires precision, a keen analytical mindset, and fluency in German.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Evaluating Credit Applications: Assess merchant creditworthiness, reviewing credit reports, revenue data, and pricing structures.

  • Collaborating on Risk Models: Test, provide feedback, and help refine local Credit Risk models.

  • Driving Process Improvement: Suggest and document updates to improve efficiency and accuracy within the team.

  • Ensuring Compliance: Validate deal information and ensure all decisions meet internal and regulatory standards.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Native or fluent in German.

  • Experience in credit risk, underwriting, finance, or similar fields.
