Our HTD Programme is a fixed 2-year commitment between Evolution and the data consultant, where customers have the option to hire the consultant permanently at the end of the agreed deployment period.

Requirements
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Python-based data analysis and machine learning.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inPythonfor building and deploying machine learning models.
- Expertise inSQLfor data querying and transformation.
- Hands-on experience withAWSfor cloud-based data processing and model deployment.
- Familiarity withAzure DevOps (ADO)for version control and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools likePower BIis a bonus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
