You are Lead Developer of the Miles & More App and Technical Application Co-Owner.

Your tasks are:

• Developing solution architectures, conducting code reviews and advising developers on difficult software development tasks as well as proof of concepts for new technologies & solution approaches
• Extending and improving the technical architecture of the application to achieve strategic business goals & preparing it for the AI future
• Responsibility for the development & operation of the application, including microservices (DevOps)
• Interface between the development team & the test, architecture and security chapters as well as the platform, channel management and UX guilds
• Ensuring the efficient work of the development teams (mostly with a partner company in India and Romania)

• Completed (technical) university degree, preferably in computer science, natural sciences or engineering; alternatively completed relevant training with many years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the development of mobile apps
• Experience in (partial) project management of cross-functional and intercultural teams
• Flutter/Darts know-how, combined with iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Knowledge of web (HTML etc.) & backend (e.g. Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services) an advantage
• Ability to structure & prioritize complex software development problems
• Communication skills & experience in stakeholder management
• Assertiveness & conflict resolution skills
• Good German and very good English skills
