Were looking for someone who: Has expertise in writing high quality Java code using java frameworks (Spring, Struts, ets.) Has expertise in writing high quality database queries, store procedures and functions to manipulate the database data to desired format (Oracle PLSQL).
Has ability to write Java APIs to read and load data from source to target database.
Has expertise in Java / Python, SQL, Shell Scripting etc.
Writing unit tests and load test scripts.
Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Participate along with Technical Lead in application design and create technical documentation like flow diagrams.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues like database performance, database capacity, replication, and other data-related issues.
Optimize process for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the application can handle the volume, velocity, and variety of data.
Work with clients to deliver scalable and maintainable code.
Understand the infrastructure requirements needed for the application.
Work on developing streamlined CI/CD process for application development.
If the candidate has hands on experience on ETL tools would be an added advantage.
You will need to show us that you can: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists and IT teams to understand application requirements and deliver the product that supports business goals.
Technical support for application, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability and reliability.
Take ownership of code and End to End process from development, testing and deployment.
