This will start on a temporary basis before turning into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this Internal Auditor role will be:

Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with organisational objectives. Execute internal audits across various business units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks Lead and execute SOX compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable audit reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit processes, findings, and recommendations Evaluate and enhance internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy, and promote operational efficiency. Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and controls.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Internal Auditor will have:

Experience in similar auditing or accountancy role Experience with SOX controls Intermediate Excel skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter attitude
