This role will be focused on the development and implementation of automation solutions and analytics capabilities within our Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) teams. Crucially, this role will continuously evaluate processes and reporting, proactively looking for efficient methods, and utilising our technology with a desire to learn and implement new techniques and capabilities. This role will work with centralized Data Management to ensure accurate governance and standard processes across PRM and aid cross-departmental data integrity efforts alongside our joint venture partners. The key responsibility of this role is turning strategic design into reality. To do this successfully, you'll need to apply your creative problem-solving skills whilst ensuring attention to detail. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once with a high volume of change. Day to day Develop solutions that drive strategic improvements, utilising Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power Automate. Using data engineering techniques to ensure efficient data processing, integration, and transformation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs, developing and maintaining visualizations, reports and datasets to provide insights to stakeholders as well as a user-friendly self-service capability Implement a Data Science approach to modelling and analytics within PRM, finding opportunities to enhance methodologies, taking advantage of capabilities in Azure Databricks integration Liaise with centralized Data Management, Commercial stakeholders, and external sources, to ensure data feeds in and out of PRM are consistent and fit for purpose Contribute to the design and execution of testing and experimentation Drive a continuous improvement and innovative culture across the department Provide consultation on best practice, process streamlining, reporting and data usage, as well as carrying out BI training to members of PRM About you Are you a creative problem solver, able to understand complex strategies and technical knowledge and develop them into workable solutions? Do you have the ability to present and communicate complex solutions in a structured manner to different technicality levels? Then this could be the role for you Alongside the above, we're looking for the following: Ability to offer consultation on initial strategy, influencing the delivery of the project to enhance value Strong planning skills, structuring problems optimally to ensure quality in project delivery Analytical approach with the ability to work out raw data and anticipate unwanted results from your own initiative Experience in managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative attitude to support multiple functions within the department Experience with data visualisation and MS Power Platform (PowerBI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps) Familiarity with data programming and data science techniques (Python, SQL, Databricks) Knowledge and working experience with the ETL process (Azure Data Factory, Alteryx) Does the above sound like you?
