WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?Reporting to the Operations Manager. The role of the SeniorConsultant will operate slightly differently depending upon thetype of work / project being undertaken. You will be assigned toand responsible for a customer, depending on the work types beingcarried out. You will assist in leading a delivery team directly orby influence. You will play an integral role in building the team’sskillset while demonstrating your values through delegation,motivation, trust and action. RESPONSIBILITIES To produce aTechnical Design Document based on business requirements, whenneeded To agree the solution proposed fits in with the overallcustomer solution Will have responsibility for the solution beingimplemented To work with the Project Manager in the delivery of theproject To ensure the quality of the solution is of a high standardResponsible for ensuring the cost of the proposed solution iswithin the project budget To ensure any Add-ins used are suitablefor the solution, that the latest technology is used and acceptableto DC To work within the constraints of the project as defined bythe Project Manager Contributes to the scope management and riskmanagement of the project Provide the technical interface with thecustomer Provide technical support through the lifecycle of theproject To carry out peer review of other consultants as requiredIdentify appropriate work for junior members of staff Thesuccessful candidate should have/be: Experience in offering firstclass customer service A minimum of 5 years’ Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central knowledge A minimum of 5years of in-depth anddetailed manufacturing and warehousing knowledge Good Financeknowledge Strong, proven consultancy skills Delivery focused andexperienced in successfully delivering projects A goodunderstanding of business processes Logical and analytical thinkingAbility to multi-task, prioritise and delegate Strong IT skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills Good Officeskills Excellent time management skills Ability to work withinternal Developers, Solutions Architects, Project Managers,Consultants etc. Ability to embrace a culture of change and agilityAble to identify and suggest process improvements An effective teamplayer and able to notice morale within your team and work topositively influence this Self-aware and actively seek input fromothers on impact and effectiveness NICE TO HAVE SKILLS Knowledge ofEvents and Extensions Understanding of: M365, MS Teams, SharePointKnowledge / Certifications in the Power Platform Experience of 3rdparty products and integrations Knowledge on installations andconfigurations WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
