HR Generalist

Location:London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Salary:Circa £40,000

About the Role


As anHR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring smoothHR processes, managingemployee records, and supportingonboarding, payroll administration, and benefits coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR expertise while working in aninnovative and collaborativesetting.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-dateemployee records, ensuring compliance with company policies andUK and EU employment law.

✅ Support theonboarding process, including document preparation and assisting new hires.

✅ Assist withpayroll-related tasks, including timesheet verification and data entry.

✅ Manage employee data inHR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

✅ Respond togeneral HR queriesand provide guidance on policies and procedures.

✅ Supportbenefits administrationand employee enrolment.

✅ Assist withHR communications and projects, helping to embed best practices as the business scales.

✅ Ensure compliance withhealth and safety policiesand maintain asafe, inclusive workplace.

✅ Use data to track key HR metrics such asannual leave and employee engagement.

✅ Stay up to date withUK and EU employment law, with a willingness to develop global legal knowledge.


What We're Looking For:


✔️Experience in UK and EU legislationis essential.

✔️Fluent business-level English and Spanish language skills(written and spoken) are required.

✔️CIPD qualification(highly desirable).

✔️ Experience in anHR Generalistrole with strongorganisational skills.

✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business.

✔️ Familiarity withHR software(experience with Deel is a bonus).

✔️ Ability to handlesensitive informationwith professionalism and discretion.

✔️ Proficiency inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
