This role will serveas the operational HR lead to the Trust, ensuring compliance withUK employment law while proactively providing guidance and supportto business unit leaders and managers. The HR Manager drivescontinuous improvement in HR practices, leads employeecommunication, and enhances manager capability through training,and helps develop policies and programmes to foster a positive,productive, and engaged workforce. Additionally, the role involvesanalysing HR data, providing decision-making support to managers,and contributing to overall organisational success. This role ispart of the Business Resources team and will collaborate withcolleagues across the Trust to support the achievement of ourstrategic goal, specifically within the OrganisationalEffectiveness, Capacity & Culture strand of the Trustsstrategy, as well as its supporting objectives.
