THE ROLE This role’s main goal is with minimalsupervision from more senior consultants and managers, handleportions of larger projects, including data design, analysis,written communications and client interaction. Providing support,advice and guidance on the correct application of a solution ortechnique. Working with business operations and business analyststo create and optimize workflow processes . MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and Implement Solution Design and implement AI & Datasolutions to address complex business challeges. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existingsystems and workflows. Lead the development and deployment ofmachine learning models and AI algorithms. Ensure SystemPerformance: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performanceof AI & Data solutions. Oversee the design, quality, security,and governance of data architectures and databases. Optimisedatabases for performance, ensuring data integrity andaccessibility. Innovation and Research: Stay updated with thelatest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.Conduct research and experiments to explore new AI techniques andmethodologies. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior team members. Develop and maintaindocumentation for AI & Data projects and solutions. IBMWatson.x and Design Thinking: Utilise IBM Watson.x capabilities,including AI, data, and governance, to enhance AI solutions. Applydesign thinking principles to AI & Data solution developmentand facilitate design thinking workshops. Client Consulting:Provide solution consulting to clients, including needs assessment,solution design, and implementation support. Must Have: 10 years inAI, data architecture, or related fields. Strong background inmachine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies. Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience withAI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, orKeras.Proficiency in database management systems (e.g.,SQL, NoSQL).Experience with data modeling tools and techniques. Knowledge ofdata warehousing solutions and ETL processes . IBM Watson.x andCloud Platforms: Extensive experience with IBM Watson.x tools andplatforms, including AI, Data, and Governance. Working knowledge ofcloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Consulting and Design Thinking: Proven experience in solutionconsulting, including needs assessment, solution design, andimplementation support. Certified Design Thinking Practitioner withexperience in facilitating design thinking workshops. Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills. Prefered Qualifications:Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relatedfield. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and LLMs.Strong understanding of industry-specific data requirements andregulations.Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.Proven track record of successful AI & Data projectimplementations.
