As the HSE Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of site. With the support of the Leadership team, you will drive and lead the implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy.Your role as H&S Manager is to ensure compliance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, Group H&S policies, and local H&S policies and procedures.What were looking for in a candidate* Excellent organisation and lean administration skills* Problem solving and root-cause, corrective action planning capability* Demonstrable ability to work alone yet be able to successfully influence other areas of the business in order to achieve key objectives.Essential Criteria* A minimum requirement of a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety* 3 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Manager ideally in the manufacturing industry* Track record of delivering improved safety culture* Experience in managing and delivering ISO14001 Environmental Management systemAdditional Benefits* Competitive salary & benefits, including annual leave, pension, and a Cycle to Work scheme.* Ongoing training and development opportunities* Flexible working options and family-friendly policiesApply now for more information and immediate review...
