As the Head of Software - Analytics you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and leading a team in the delivery of software solutions that provide data Analytics and Insights for MHR products and services (iTrent and People First).
This role requires setting of the technical strategy, influencing the architecture, and shaping the teams to deliver the best systems for MHR's customers. If you have experience in modern Data Engineering principles and Azure analytics tech services. Including Databricks and ML/AL technologies this role may be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Product Design, Managers, and key stakeholders to set the vision, technical strategy and define OKRs to measure success
Manage the implementation of appropriate process or technology improvements in support of the software delivery processes, including but not limited to source code management, CI/CD, product tracking, monitoring, security, and alerting
