About CreativeX

CreativeX is a B2B SaaS technology platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. Our technology powers creative decision-making at some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, Heineken, and more.

We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardized data model at an industrial scale. This creates a new, unique, and powerful first-party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.

This is the problem CreativeX is focused on solving. We’re an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyze content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analyzed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift.

Our objective is to help marketing organizations power every creative decision with data.

Job Description:

Managing an enterprise sales team of Global Client Partners (GCPs) and reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the team’s successful execution of our Client Journey & value delivery to achieve company retention and expansion growth targets (For clarity, this is managing a sales team, not a client success team). This requires GCPs to consult clients on the use of our technology and data while also partnering with their creative ecosystem (Meta, Google, agencies, measurement partners, etc.) to transform the way that creative data informs their marketing strategy & delivers value to the client. Our customers use our tech to build board-facing reporting and to drive global transformation initiatives. Each GCP is the architect and owner of our joint business plan and runs a pod dedicated to their customers.

Who you are:

  • 5 years + experience of managing and leading enterprise sales teams
  • 5 + years of experience selling into media, marketing, or analytics personas at enterprise organizations & understanding how the marketing & content ecosystem operates
  • Experienced in managing teams responsible for the entire SaaS sales cycle across existing enterprise customers
  • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
  • Capable of creating & enhancing how sales teams deliver value to enterprise organizations

Negotiating Your AI Job Offer: Equity, Bonuses & Perks Explained

Artificial intelligence (AI) has proven itself to be one of the most transformative forces in today’s business world. From smart chatbots in customer service to predictive analytics in finance, AI technologies are reshaping how organisations operate and innovate. As the demand for AI professionals grows, so does the complexity of compensation packages. If you’re a mid‑senior AI professional, you’ve likely seen job offers that include far more than just a base salary—think equity, bonuses, and a range of perks designed to entice you into joining or staying with a company. For many, the focus remains squarely on salary. While that’s understandable—after all, your monthly take‑home pay is what covers day-to-day expenses—limiting your negotiations to salary alone can leave considerable value on the table. From stock options in ambitious startups to sign‑on bonuses that ‘buy you out’ of your current contract, modern AI job offers often include elements that can significantly boost your long-term wealth and job satisfaction. This article aims to shed light on the full scope of AI compensation—specifically focusing on how equity, bonuses, and perks can enhance (or sometimes detract from) the overall value of your package. We’ll delve into how these elements work in practice, what to watch out for, and how to navigate the negotiation process effectively. Our goal is to provide mid‑senior AI professionals with the insights and tools to land a holistic compensation deal that accurately reflects their technical expertise, leadership potential, and strategic importance in this fast-moving field. Whether you’re eyeing a leadership role in machine learning at an established tech giant, or you’re considering a pioneering position at a disruptive AI startup, the knowledge in this guide will help you weigh the merits of base salary alongside the potential riches—and risks—of equity, bonuses, and other benefits. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of how to align your compensation with both your immediate lifestyle needs and long-term career aspirations.
