About CreativeX

CreativeX is a B2B SaaS technology platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. Our technology powers creative decision-making at some of the biggest brands in the world, including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, Heineken, and more.

We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising copy and transform those previously dark signals into a standardized data model at an industrial scale. This creates a new, unique, and powerful first-party data set that represents the last and most impactful untapped reservoir of advertising performance.

This is the problem CreativeX is focused on solving. We’re an end-to-end solution to ingest, process, and analyze content at scale. We help brands isolate creative elements so they can be analyzed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift.

Our objective is to help marketing organizations power every creative decision with data.

Job Description:

Managing an enterprise sales team of Global Client Partners (GCPs) and reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for the team’s successful execution of our Client Journey & value delivery to achieve company retention and expansion growth targets (For clarity, this is managing a sales team, not a client success team). You will also be required to hire exceptional talent, uncover strategies to coach, motivate and develop your team, act as an executive sponsor across accounts, identify opportunities to improve the GCP team's ability to be a repeatable revenue machine, and provide accurate forecasting of your team’s performance.

The team you will be managing each run a portfolio of strategic relationships (up to C-level) with Fortune 500 businesses (Nestlé, Unilever, PepsiCo, Heineken, Amazon, etc.) to understand their strategic business objectives & plan and execute a roadmap of successfully embedding the use of our technology at scale. This requires GCPs to consult clients on the use of our technology and data while also partnering with their creative ecosystem (Meta, Google, agencies, measurement partners, etc.) to transform the way that creative data informs their marketing strategy & delivers value to the client. Our customers use our tech to build board-facing reporting and to drive global transformation initiatives. Each GCP is the architect and owner of our joint business plan and runs a pod dedicated to their customers.

Who you are:

  • 5 years + experience of managing and leading enterprise sales teams
  • 5 + years of experience selling into media, marketing, or analytics personas at enterprise organizations & understanding how the marketing & content ecosystem operates
  • Experienced in managing teams responsible for the entire SaaS sales cycle across existing enterprise customers
  • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
  • Capable of creating & enhancing how sales teams deliver value to enterprise organizations
  • Data-driven and passionate about the power of data and insights.
  • A proven track record of team quota attainment
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, and comfortable presenting to the C-suite
  • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
  • Resourceful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented mindset -- you work to solve problems proactively exceeding client expectations
  • Embraces ambiguity and applies experiences to come to tactical and strategic growth resolutions
  • An MBA a plus, startup experience a plus

The preferred qualifications are not dealbreakers! At CreativeX we encourage applicants of all backgrounds and identities to apply for roles that align with their own interests and career trajectory. If you see yourself in this role, we would love to see your application!

What we Offer:

Fully paid medical, dental, and vision (US) and Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan (UK)

Generous time off + bank holidays

Education budget to be used for individual learning experiences or grouped with your team for joint learning

Annual subscription to Calm and Headspace for your mental wellbeing

Monthly coaching to talk to a trained professional about career goals, relationships, and personal development

Competitive salary and commission plan including stock options, as we believe that everyone should have a stake in the business

4-month full pay parenting leave for all employees who have been with the company for one (1) year

Employee contributions to a 401(k) once they have completed their eligibility period

10 AI Recruitment Agencies in the UK You Should Know (2025 Job‑Seeker Guide)

Generative‑AI hype has translated into real hiring: Lightcast recorded +57 % year‑on‑year growth in UK adverts mentioning “machine learning”, “LLM” or “gen‑AI” during Q1 2025. Yet supply still lags. Roughly 18,000 core AI professionals work in the UK, but monthly live vacancies hover around 1,400–1,600. That mismatch makes specialist recruiters invaluable—opening stealth vacancies, advising on salary bands and fast‑tracking interview loops. But many tech agencies sprinkle “AI” on their website without an active desk. To save you time, we vetted 50 + consultancies and kept only those with: A registered UK head office (verified via Companies House). A named AI/Machine‑Learning or Data practice.

AI Jobs Skills Radar 2026: Emerging Frameworks, Languages & Tools to Learn Now

As the UK’s AI sector accelerates towards a £1 trillion tech economy, the job landscape is rapidly evolving. Whether you’re an aspiring AI engineer, a machine learning specialist, or a data-driven software developer, staying ahead of the curve means more than just brushing up on Python. You’ll need to master a new generation of frameworks, languages, and tools shaping the future of artificial intelligence. Welcome to the AI Jobs Skills Radar 2026—your definitive guide to the emerging AI tech stack that employers will be looking for in the next 12–24 months. Updated annually for accuracy and relevance, this guide breaks down the top tools, frameworks, platforms, and programming languages powering the UK’s most in-demand AI careers.

How to Find Hidden AI Jobs in the UK Using Professional Bodies like BCS, IET & the Turing Society

Stop Scrolling Job Boards and Start Tapping the Real AI Market Every week a new headline announces millions of pounds flowing into artificial-intelligence research, defence initiatives, or health-tech pilots. Read the news and you could be forgiven for thinking that AI vacancies must be everywhere—just grab your laptop, open LinkedIn, and pick a role. Yet anyone who has hunted seriously for an AI job in the United Kingdom knows the truth is messier. A large percentage of worthwhile AI positions—especially specialist or senior posts—never appear on public boards. They emerge inside university–industry consortia, defence labs, NHS data-science teams, climate-tech start-ups, and venture studios. Most are filled through referral or conversation long before a recruiter drafts a formal advert. If you wait for a vacancy link, you are already at the back of the queue. The surest way to beat that dynamic is to embed yourself in the professional bodies and grassroots communities where the work is conceived. The UK has a dense network of such organisations: the Chartered Institute for IT (BCS); the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) with its Artificial Intelligence Technical Network; the Alan Turing Institute and its student-driven Turing Society; the Royal Statistical Society (RSS); the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and its Mechatronics, Informatics & Control Group; public-funding engines like UK Research and Innovation (UKRI); and an ecosystem of Slack channels and Meetup groups that trade genuine, timely intel. This article is a practical, step-by-step guide to using those networks. You will learn: Why professional bodies matter more than algorithmic job boards Exactly which special-interest groups (SIGs) and technical networks to join How to turn CPD events into informal interviews How to monitor grant databases so you hear about posts months before they exist Concrete scripts, portfolio tactics, and outreach rhythms that convert visibility into offers Follow the playbook and you move from passive applicant to insider—the colleague who hears about a role before it is written down.
