Negotiable but around £600-£800 a dayThis is likely to be a contract for a minimum of 9 months, with the option of making this permanent.Purpose of Role: As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for your product portfolio, driving product innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences across our diverse portfolio of betting products. You will have a deep understanding of our user’s needs, identify opportunities, and drive the creation of products that solve for our customers and achieve our wider business ambitions. You are a strong people leader, able to inspire, motivate and coach your teams.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple Product Managers and product teams, shaping the product strategy at a higher level.Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your product portfolio aligned with the overarching product strategy and OKRs.Identify growth opportunities and continually drive the evolution of our product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge in our industry.Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives and departmental OKRs.Develop, lead, and coach a stellar team of product managers and product owners.Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance, and legal.Serve as product evangelist both internally and externally.Experience and Knowledge: Demonstrable over two years’ experience as a Head of Product Management leading multiple teams within the Sports Betting industry, with a solid understanding of sports modelling, odds compilation, and risk management.Skills and Competencies:

Essential:Ability to analyse customer data, user metrics, and market trends to inform product decisions.Effectively lead and collaborate with different teams (Engineering, Trading, Data Science).Coaching, mentoring, and performance management of Product Managers.Communicating product strategy to stakeholders and managing expectations across multiple products.Understanding regulations, responsible gaming features, and customer protection measures.Desirable:Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.Deep understanding of sports analytics and a data-driven approach.An understanding of odds calculation, risk management, and pricing distribution.A passion for sports with a deep understanding of the rules and strategies used.
