Signature Recruitment is looking for a Head of Operations to join our client, a fast-growing consultancy specialising in behavioural science, design and data science. This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with remote working and a salary range of £69k to £73k.
In this position, you will play an important role in the continued growth of the organisation. You will evaluate company operations before developing strategies to provide the best working environment and processes to promote the progression of the organisation. Working closely with the 3 Co-Founders, this is a new role, and you will have the opportunity to shape the role as the organisation grows.
Head of Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Develop operational strategies across finance, resourcing, HR, IT and data security in alignment with company goals
- Identify opportunities for improvements in current processes and procedures and implement efficiencies
- Manage team members with clear goals and performance expectations
- Monitor and analyse cost and performance metrics
- Oversee relationships with suppliers and external advisors in particular with IT providers looking at Data Security
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure the Executive Team fulfil its governance responsibilities
Head of Operations Key Skills:
- Experience in Operations Management or a related field with specific expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies, ideally in Consultancy, Agency or Marketing Research
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience working collaboratively to improve the efficiency and performance of a team with a range of skills and backgrounds
- A good understanding of financial, legal, HR and IT and data security requirements for small organisations
- Highly proficient MS Office skills
