Key Responsibilities as Site Lead and Head of Engineering:

• Develop and implement the technical roadmap.
• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of Azure, Open AI, and Gen AI technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Azure, Open AI, and Gen AI technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the sports technology industry.
• Familiarity with data transformation and natural language processing technologies.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
