This startup organisation is in an exciting phase. They are in growth mode, and need a Head of Data to help take them to the next level. This is a brand new role at leadership level, and a career defining opportunity for someone who wants to build something from scratch.

The role:

• Develop and execute a data strategy to enhance business growth.
• Lead the design and creation of data analytics products.
• Implement scalable data solutions for clients.
• Build and mentor a team of data professionals.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data opportunities and insights.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to drive growth.

The person:

• Experience in a data leadership role.
• Strong skills in data warehousing, modelling, mining, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in data analytics languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

This role comes with a very attractive base salary (happy to discuss), bonus and share options.
