Position Overview

Are you passionate about the future of AI? Do you have a vision for how it can reshape entire industries? We're seeking someone to lead our AI initiatives across our diverse group of companies—where no two days are the same, and where AI’s potential knows no bounds. This is your chance to take the reins on a company-wide AI revolution. Whether your background is in programming or you simply have a deep curiosity and understanding of cutting-edge technology, this role will immerse you in AI applications that span multiple industries—from medical research and customer service to finance, marketing, and beyond.

Why This Role Is Exciting

This isn’t just another tech job—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of how AI can transform businesses. You’ll be given the chance to look at every single role within our company and find ways to multiply the productivity of our staff using AI. From building AI-powered solutions for medical research to integrating automation into finance, customer service, and sales. You will implement features such as AI-powered customer service agents and AI-driven sales representatives, giving our team a technological edge in their day-to-day operations. You’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

We’re looking for someone who is a visionary, someone who gets excited about solving big problems, someone who can see the possibilities AI offers and bring them to life. Our group of companies operates in diverse sectors, offering you the rare opportunity to apply your AI expertise across a vast range of fields.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • AI Strategy & Vision: You'll be the go-to thought leader, spotting opportunities for AI innovation and keeping the company ahead of the curve in AI adoption.
  • Development & Implementation: Roll out AI solutions end-to-end—design, build, deploy, and refine them to fit each unique business unit, including AI-powered customer service agents and AI-driven sales representatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with all teams, from customer service to R&D, to solve their challenges with AI solutions.
  • Leadership & Team Building: As you grow into the role, you'll build and lead a cutting-edge AI team to drive continuous innovation.
  • Research & Experimentation: Lead the charge on discovering and implementing the latest AI tools and techniques, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ethics & Governance: Ensure we’re implementing AI responsibly and ethically, with transparent practices and safeguards.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a creative, curious mind with a passion for tech and problem-solving. You might be a seasoned programmer or someone with an insatiable interest in AI. While programming isn’t a mandatory skill for this role, it will make your life an awful lot easier! More importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to experiment and learn, with the drive to implement AI solutions across diverse industries.

You’ll also need

  • A background in AI, data science, or machine learning (or similar)
  • Experience deploying AI solutions at scale
  • Some familiarity with tools like .NET, Python, or cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (but don’t worry if you’re not an expert!)
  • The ability to turn complex tech ideas into simple, actionable business solutions

We'll show you how to strategically use their directories, special-interest groups (SIGs), and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events to elevate your career and expand your AI job search in ways most job seekers overlook.
