Role Overview

As a Graduate Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

Engage with global organisations and build strong, long-term relationships.

Manage high-value accounts and be the first point of contact for client inquiries.

Collaborate with tech teams to find innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Demonstrate meticulous and detailed work practises to ensure excellent service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Hold a 2.1 or higher degree in Physics, Astrophysics, Natural Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields from a premier university.

Exhibit a strong analytical mindset and an investigative approach to problem-solving.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience with prestigious clients through internships or placements would be highly advantageous.

Knowledge of technology, scripting, databases, or coding would be a plus.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Willingness to relocate if necessary to Cambridge or London
