Key Accountabilities Partner with support departments to discover and deliver projects using data and statistics to identify trends and support decision making.
Perform statistical analysis on our customer base to formulate pricing or commercial strategies to optimise revenue.
Deliver insights to drive business decisions and design algorithms to improve pricing or operational strategies.
Develop a thorough understanding of relevant internal and external data sources.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
Design and build internal self-service analytics and experimentation tools.
Experience & Skills Required A Master’s degree in a quantitative subject, ideally Physics or Mathematics.
Ability to interpret business questions, query data (SQL), and apply statistics to find answers.
Solid understanding of statistics (probability distributions, sampling, hypothesis testing, regression) with practical experience.
Experience using statistical software and programming in R, SQL, Python, or similar.
Excellent communication skills to understand business needs, deliver findings, and foster collaboration.
Preferred Requirements Experience in identifying opportunities for product or business improvements and measuring their success.
Experience applying modeling techniques such as time series forecasting, segmentation/clustering, anomaly detection.
