Job Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to serve in the role ofFinancial Data Scientist to join the Digital Solutions & DataManagement Division of the Digital Finance Department. DigitalFinance Department (DFD) is responsible for the coordinationdevelopment and management of information systems used in financialaccounting treasury financial planning & forecastingperformance management and the entire suite of digital solutionsfor the Finance Business line. Digital Implementation Division isresponsible for providing program management services forimplementation rollout and support of finance system solutionsthrough digital technologies including advanced analytics RoboticProcess Automation (RPA) and Advanced Analytics technologiesincluding Artificial Intelligence solutions and SAP solutions usingBusiness Warehouse (BW) and Analytics Cloud (SAC). The departmentpersonnel are multidisciplinary professionals with key focus onFinancial Applications functional experience and IT technicalbackground. The Business System Analysts primary role is tochampion the identification evaluation design coordinateimplementation and facilitate rollout of Artificial Intelligencecentric solutions in the Finance organization. The analyst willalso lead implementation initiatives where required in addition tomanaging post implementation support.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Utilize a robust valuecentric methodology to identifyvaluable opportunities enabled by AI/ML Predictive/PrescriptiveAnalytics Generative AI Chatbots and other technologies.
• Leverage best practices to recommend and advocate for thetransformation of finance functions with AI.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and leverage AIalgorithms to derive value for finance functions such asforecasting and anomaly detection.
• Ideate AIsolutions develop scope design and facilitate implementation ofdigital solutions and coordinate change management.
• Continuously upkeep and train AI models to ensureintegrity and traceability.
• Design develop andimplement AIpowered solutions to automate manual tasks optimizeprocesses and enhance datadriven decisionmaking in FinancialAccounting Treasury Performance management and InvestorRelations.
• Collaborate closely with businessstakeholders to understand their needs translate them intotechnical requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Assessrequirements related to Finance AI use cases; Perform optionevaluation; Provide support for implementation.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models for taskssuch as financial forecasting fraud detection anomaly detectionrisk assessment and investor sentiment analysis.
• Clean transform and analyze large datasets from varioussources to ensure data quality and prepare it formodeling.
• Stay uptodate on the latestadvancements in AI and machine learning identify potentialapplications for the finance function and propose relevant pilotprojects.
• Communicate technical concepts andfindings effectively to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.
• Participate in crossfunctionalinitiatives to integrate AI and data science into broader businesstransformation efforts.
• Organize andfacilitate workshops with different users and consultants todocument processes and drive transformation.
• Lead the delivery and execution of key digitalinitiatives. Participate in solutions development through projectsand programs collaborating with business and technologygroups.
• Maintain support and optimize digitalsolutions.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science MathematicsStatistics or IT from a recognized and approved program. Possessionof an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and/or relevantprofessional certification (e.g. CMA CFA CPA) is preferred but notrequired.
• Have six to eight years ofexperience in Data Science Artificial Intelligence and otherrelated advanced analytics implementations for financialsystems.
• Possess expertise in Pythonprogramming languages and libraries such as NumPy pandasscikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Haveproficiency in UI programming particularly with React.
• Demonstrate skills to leverage Google Cloud or AzureCloud for advanced analytics which is desirable.
• Showcase a thorough understanding of various aspects ofimplementing AI systems in Finance including articulation andmeasurement of benefits evaluation of technical and executionoptions critical success factors and project risks.
• Have project experience implementing AI solutions and theability to analyze business requirements evaluate and recommendtechnical options and support the execution process forimplementing such solutions. Preference for involvement in handsontechnical solution management.
