Appier is looking for a Global Employment Legal Counsel. In this role you will lead on employment and labor law matters and handle Employment Tribunal litigation.


You will work closely with the Global Head of People Team and will be dealing with a mix of employment, labor legislation matters and disputes. The responsibilities include advising on internal investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination claims, employment status issues and industrial relations. You will also work with the our company leadership on other contentious disputes.


You will start as an Independent Global contributor role who works with many stakeholders across the entire company, supporting innovative projects and partnerships that enhance the employment experience.


About you


You will be an experienced solicitor with solid experience of employment law, including solid experience of Employment Tribunal litigation who can work independently and support colleagues, particularly in APAC countries, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, SEA and exposure with Global remit.


You will also have experience of or a keen interest in commercial targets and a willingness to adapt and tackle new challenges in the fast pace commercial environment
